Choose a meaningful input
Enter eligible monthly sales in USD on the same basis for each plan. Blank means unknown, not zero; an explicit zero is permitted. Do not upload order records or customer details. The worksheet runs locally in your browser and does not save its input or connect to a payment account.
Read the three totals
The worksheet applies the dated public platform prices and rates to your input. It compares platform fees only. Payment processing, refunds, tax, currency conversion and human work are outside the result. A plan with the smallest displayed total is not automatically the best operational choice.
Use a fictional example carefully
The example button uses $1,000 of monthly sales solely to demonstrate the arithmetic. It is not typical revenue, an earnings claim or an estimate for your business. Change the input to several plausible months and notice whether the plan difference remains meaningful.
Verify before acting
Check the live pricing and account billing conditions before subscribing or changing plans. A crossover number cannot predict future sales or remove switching costs. If the data are too uncertain, keep the current low-commitment arrangement and gather real evidence rather than making a confident forecast from invented inputs.
An original working example
Use the example button, then clear the input and verify that the worksheet asks for a value again. This demonstrates the difference between unknown sales and an explicit zero month. Try $500 and $2,000 as additional fictional scenarios to see how fixed and percentage charges interact; neither is a forecast. Keep the output labelled platform fees when copying it into your own notes. If you want an actual profitability analysis, you must separately account for production work, support, processor charges, refunds and other applicable costs. Do not subtract this one result from sales and call the remainder take-home income or guaranteed recurring profit.
